We have been dedicated to the art of BBQ in Lower Austria since 2022. With a lot of patience and attention to detail, our organic meat is gently cooked for hours in the smoker and smoked with hickory wood. The result? Tender, juicy meat with an authentic American BBQ flavour - unique in Austria.
Our passion for perfect barbecue began with the selection of the best ingredients and the development of a recipe that meets the highest standards. We have developed a method that preserves our dishes without refrigeration - for at least a year! So you can enjoy Smoking John's BBQ at any time, without any stress.
