Description
The fruits, harvested exclusively by hand, are processed cleanly and gently into juice before they are quickly fermented into must at a controlled temperature. In the next step, vinegar fermentation is initiated, which turns the excellent must into a spicy vinegar. Raspberry juice is then added to the apple cider vinegar.
