Cantucci Nocciole: a nutty crunchy experience
Cantuccini are the famous cookies from Italy with almonds. We modified the recipe a little and refined the dough with hazelnuts. The nutty aroma harmonizes perfectly with a latte macchiato or a freshly brewed espresso. For an authentic Italian moment of enjoyment, we recommend the Cantuccini with a glass of Vin Santo - a sweet wine that is grown, for example, in Tuscany.

Description
The crispy cantuccini are baked twice at Baccili Selezione. Only then do they become perfect. The hazelnuts are easy to recognize because only whole nuts are added to the dough. All ingredients come either directly from Italy or the region in the Innviertel.
The cookies stay crispy in the package for a long time because they hardly contain any moisture due to the double baking. This makes the cantuccini with hazelnuts ideal as a gift. They are also a nice option for anyone looking for an alternative to almond cookies.
