In the early 19th century, Champagne rye was introduced from the Champagne region of France and was a very common type of rye. We have made it our mission to cultivate this old variety again.
The champagne rye grows directly on our farm and is very suitable for baking original bread, pastries and also gingerbread, and has a very delicate, spicy taste, so you can leave out the spice in the bread dough and the result will impress.
