Many Austrian classics are included: Gingerbread and speculoos are essential during the Christmas season, just like the lights on the Christmas tree. Also, the airy meringues and the spicy speculoos. But have you tried our Amarenabusserl yet? They are a baked declaration of love to the Innviertel and Italy. The delicate almond pastries are enhanced with Amarena cherries. It's also worth trying all our other varieties.

As always, we only bake using original recipes with select ingredients.

Our tip: Don't wait until Christmas morning to enjoy them. The freshly baked delicacies are a sweet treat throughout the entire Advent season, setting the mood for the holidays. Of course, they also make excellent gifts for the pre-Christmas period or Christmas Eve. All flavors are baked in our workshop and packaged in food-safe paper to keep them wonderfully crispy and aromatic. Chocolatey, nutty, or cinnamon-flavored: Which cookies are your favorites? Until beginning of November, the freshly produced Christmas biscuits have a shelf life until the end of November 2023 - Christmas biscuits with a shelf life beyond the end of the year are available from the Middle of November 2023.
