How does the menstrual disc work?

Introduction:

Sterilize the menstrual disc in boiling water for 10 minutes before first use.

Find a comfortable position. Sit on the toilet, squat down or put one leg on a chair or the toilet. Try different positions to find the best one for you.

Removing:
