Organic coconut oil is used worldwide because of its ability to penetrate the stratum corneum in a flash and leave no greasy shine behind. In this country it is still considered an insider tip in hair care.  The myristic acid contained in coconut oil “patches” and stabilizes the horny layer of the scalp. The oil also has a cooling and calming effect. It is therefore very suitable for irritated and delicate skin (e.g. baby skin).
