The washable organic cloth pads made from pure natural materials (hemp and organic cotton ) last several years if cared for properly. How many pads you need depends on the severity and duration of your period. You can assume that you will need approximately the same amount of cloth sanitary pads per day as you would of disposable products. So if you use 3 disposable pads in one day, we estimate that you will need 1 cloth pad per day and change the pad 3 times. For such a regular day, you need a sanitary napkin including an insert and an additional pack with 2 inserts.
