KANDISIN in liquid form: Perfect for calorie-free sweetening of fruit, desserts, puddings or fruit salads and ideal for cooking and baking. KANDISIN liquid is also particularly advantageous for refining salad dressings, as sugar often has difficulty dissolving in them.
Sweetening power: 15ml KANDISIN Liquid corresponds to the sweetening power of approx. 200g sugar.

Description
Artificial sweeteners, such as KANDISIN, are available in tablet form, as a liquid or as a powder. They are characterised by their high sweetening power, contain no calories and do not affect blood sugar levels.
Saccharin, the oldest sweetener, was discovered back in 1879 and is around 550 times sweeter than sugar in its pure form. As pure saccharin is poorly soluble in water, it is mainly used as a water-soluble sodium salt, known as sodium saccharin.
