Mirabell has a very long tradition in Austria and is one of the most famous red-white-red brands. The famous medallions were created in 1982 as an addition to the famous rounds. The difference is, that the medallions are covered not by dark but by milk chocolate. To produce just one Mozart medallion it takes 11 steps of productions and 1,5 hours time.
Fine medallions consisting of milk chocolate filled with praline paste (38%) and filling with marzipan (11%).
