Nettle drops 100ml

The iron-containing nettle can remedy iron deficiency in particular (particularly effective in combination with lemon). Depending on where it grows, it provides two to four times as much iron as a beef steak and up to three times as much iron as spinach. Minerals such as potassium, calcium and silicic acid (good for bones, hair and nails) are also found in larger quantities and can also have a positive effect on blood sugar levels and joint problems. The nettle seeds give you strength and are good for states of exhaustion. As with my mother, we also harvest the young nettle tips and roots from our own cultivation only when the sun is shining around midday (most of the essential oils are in the leaves) in the spring and are processed immediately. The nettle roots can stay in the warm sun, here in southern Burgenland, for at least 8 weeks or longer in order to release all the rich active ingredients into the elixir. We only use untreated herbs from our own cultivation, which are selected and processed entirely by hand. We do not use any sprays or chemical fertilizers!
