TIP 1: Cooked beans can be frozen to save soaking time next time. TIP 2: Prepare beans al dente and boil in jars with salted water (1l water + 1tsp salt). *Basic recipe*: Wash the beans, soak them in water overnight and cook them in a pot of fresh water for 30-50 minutes. Time can be shortened using a steamer or pressure cooker. *RECIPE “Colorful Bean Salad”*: _Ingredients: Black beans, soybeans, onion, peppers, corn, hemp seeds, parmesan leaves, balsamic vinegar, hemp or soybean oil, honey, pepper, salt. _Instructions: Prepare beans according to the basic recipe (separately because of different cooking times!). Cut the pepper and onion into pieces and put them in a bowl with the beans, hemp seeds, corn and parmesan. Season the salad with salt, pepper, honey, balsamic vinegar and oil.
