Black Garlic "Schwoaza Knofl" Garlic Extract

We now also offer our “Schwoazn Knofl” made from our own organic garlic from Seewinkel as an extract in capsule form.

In a further refinement step, we grind our organic garlic, which has been fermented for over 90 days, in a gentle process and fill the ground material into vegan, food-safe capsules.

Our extract is pure and free of additives, artificial flavors, preservatives, sweeteners and colorings, lactose and gluten free and of course produced without genetic engineering. The quality of our products is confirmed by independent certified laboratories.

Organic cultivation and processing by our own hands, without harming nature. That is our motivation and our promise.
