Organic Demeter Dark Milk Chocolate with 70% Cocoa by Vivani, 90g

The unique “Dark Milk” composition with a high cocoa content of 70 percent is an interesting taste experience for bitter fans and milk enthusiasts alike. The bar in the flat Edizione Grande format provides tender creamy moments without the usual strong sweetness of a milk chocolate. Instead, the aromatic fine flavour cocoa note is much more prominent. The fine flavour cocoa for VIVANI’s biodynamic chocolate collection comes from three farms in the Dominican Republic and is completely traceable. As it is usual for a good bean-to-bar chocolate, the roasting and grinding of the cocoa beans of course takes place in-house. The German beet sugar used is also biodynamic-certified.
