We love rice, especially really good rice. Here is one of our classics: Fine organic Fairtrade long grain rice. Cultivated in growing areas carefully selected by our rice partners, it fits into almost all cooking environments. No matter whether you are a self-confessed minimalist, aspiring hobby chef or already passionate kitchen professional - this rice will make you and your cooking pot happy. Its consistency is slightly sticky and therefore goes very well with juicy dishes.

We recommend a delicious tomato rice. To do this, simply fry the onion with a little tomato paste in a pan while the rice is cooking. Then add diced peppers and chopped tomatoes and season with vegetable stock, a pinch of sugar and salt and pepper. Then add a little water and let it simmer for about 25 minutes. Last but not least, the rice is mixed with the finished tomato sauce and then fresh herbs and some feta can be mixed in. Buon Appetito.
