Organic spelled is a very old grain and comes 100% from our farm in the Waldviertel. Spelled has not been bred, which is what makes it so popular. We always grind the fine flour fresh in our own mill! Totally regional. The natural light color and taste make every dish special. Just try it out, you can find a suitable recipe on the back of the package. Smooth fine spelled flour suitable for baking and cooking particularly fine dishes. Always popular because it tastes so good.
