Grown above the tree line and strengthened by the harsh climate, harvested by hand and gently processed in the Salzburg-Lungau biosphere region: the fresh gentian roots provide the most bitter raw material there is. This provides the basis for Enzo Alpin, for which the gentian roots are processed into an extract with selected herbs and spices in a direct production process. The ingredients of this organic lemonade are gently bottled in a small lemonade factory in Carinthia on Lake Millstäätersee with its own spring water.
