It smells and blooms. The bees are humming, the bumblebees are buzzing... our herb garden is a true paradise. And it is precisely from this Mühlviertel “paradise” that we harvested the best herbs for you by hand and then gently dried them. Supplemented by wild herbs such as yarrow and nettle, which all grow around our small Sonnenhof factory, the result is a fine, spicy herbal salt that brings the variety of fresh Mühlviertel herbs to your table all year round. This tastes great with salads, soups and vegetables.
