Organic peppermint oil 5ml

Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) is a popular medicinal and spice plant from the mint genus. Peppermint differs from other mints primarily in its high menthol and low carvone content, and its sharper taste (hence the name "peppermint"). Peppermint has been an important and versatile plant since ancient times. The very strong cell-renewing effect helps significantly in supporting wound healing while at the same time suppressing ugly scars. But the essential oil is also highly valued for supporting the stomach/intestinal area or for nausea. A double-blind study showed that a 10% peppermint solution had a comparable but significantly faster effect compared to a dose of 10 mg paracetamol. Peppermint essential oil has an excellently refreshing, clarifying effect on the mind and significantly improves concentration. (Be careful with mucous membranes!!) If you are mentally exhausted or tired and lack motivation, just a few drops of peppermint oil in the aroma nebulizer can often help (warning: intensive!).
