Description
We collect the ripe rowan berries, as the fruits of the mountain ash are called, in our forest in the Mühlviertel, not far from our Sonnenhof. Together with fresh organic apple juice from the region and a lot of love, the fruits are processed by hand in our factory into a wonderful, digestible jelly. The sweet and sour fruits in combination with the apple juice create a wonderful taste experience. This not only goes well with bread and butter etc., but is also ideal for refining cakes and biscuits.
