Einkorn rice is a particularly fine grain from our farm. Einkorn is an ancient grain and is particularly suitable for cooking. After harvesting, the grain is sanded a little so that it can swell more easily when cooking and can be used wonderfully as rice with vegetables and meat.

Description

The ancient grain has a natural caramel color. Einkorn tastes slightly spicy and pleasantly nutty. A resistant husk protects the grain during ripening. The grinding process after harvest makes better cooking and cooking properties possible. This makes it softer and swells slightly.
