Organic spelled rice 600g from Biohof Müllner

Use and preparation like conventional rice: Bring 1 cup of spelled rice to the boil with 2 cups of water and simmer for approx. 30-40 minutes. Time can be shortened using a steamer or pressure cooker. Tip: Not only tastes great as a side dish, but also in risotto, rice pans, vegetable fillings, salads, etc. Spelled rice is spelled which has a rice-like quality when it is dehusked and ground.
