Organic spelled is a very old grain and comes 100% from our farm in the Waldviertel. Spelled has not been bred, which is what makes it so popular. For grain rice, the spelled grain is sanded a little so that it can swell more easily during cooking and tastes very aromatic. The cooking time is approximately 25 minutes. You can find a suitable recipe on the back of the package!

Description

This spelled rice can be served as a salad or a side dish with meat dishes. It has a similar consistency to regular rice. But contains more valuable minerals and vitamins. It is also produced in an environmentally friendly way because the cultivation areas are located around the farm. The cooking time is approx. 25 minutes.
