A recipe or an old home remedy like in grandma's time. Tastes wonderfully like the forest and brings back childhood memories. Thanks to the many essential oils and vitamins, the spruce tree syrup is said to inhibit pathogenic bacteria and is good against colds and coughs.

Description

When the trees produce their magnificent foliage in May, everything is green, blooming and bursting with joy of life, then we harvest the fresh spruce tops in our forest by hand. Out of respect for the tree, only individual tree tops are picked off so that the trees can continue to grow well and we enjoy the walk in the forest in the meantime. We then prepare the spruce tree syrup according to a tried and tested recipe, without any fuss, in our Mühlviertler Sonnenhof.

Grandma once used the syrup as a tried and tested home remedy for coughs and colds. We think you can enjoy the syrup for a whole year with a clear conscience.
