The special thing about organic VELTSAM is its harmonious relationship between sweetness and acidity. The mild acidity is perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the grapes. To produce one liter of organic VELTSAM we need around 5 kilograms of grapes - and nothing else! Wine vinegar and concentrated grape juice are made from organic Grüner Veltliner grapes. The resulting organic Veltliner balsamic vinegar is stored in small barrique barrels (225 liters) and bottled after maturing for one to two years. A valuable and affordable natural product for everyday use in the kitchen. Salad marinades (ideal combinations with olive oil or pumpkin seed oil) are just as useful as seasoning and refining sauces or deglazing fried vegetables or meat. Organic VELTSAM has already inspired several award-winning chefs.
