Flammkuchen (thin “pizza” with crème fraîche) INGREDIENTS: 250g flour, 125ml water, 3 tablespoons oil, salt, pepper, 125g crème fraîche. *TOPPING variant 1*: 1-2 red onions, 100g bacon cubes, chopped parsley *TOPPING variant 2*: 4-6 champions, 50g Gouda, rocket INSTRUCTIONS: Knead the flour, water, oil and 1 teaspoon of salt into a dough and thin it roll out. Mix the crème fraîche with pepper and salt and spread on the dough. Variant 1: Top with sliced ​​onions and bacon cubes. Variant 2: Cover the dough with champions (slices) and cheese.
