Mustard has been valued as a popular spice for thousands of years and was used as a remedy back then due to its soothing effect.

This mustard is refined with our organically grown wild herbs. These give it a slightly bitter note, which is brought into a harmonious balance by a little sweetness.

Our mustards are made from high-quality raw materials. We use mustard seeds from controlled organic cultivation, which we grind in our in-house mill. Our delicious mustard variations are created using other ingredients, most of which come from our own farm.
