Now comes color on the plate: the colorful pasta Arcobaleno is a mixture of red, green, orange and yellow pasta. The individual colors also differ in taste. Baccili Selezione uses tomatoes, spinach, beetroot and turmeric for the pasta, which give the mixture a distinctive character.

Description
The variety of colors makes Pasta Arcobaleno ideal for attractively prepared pasta dishes. The taste of the mixture also harmonizes perfectly with various sauces and casseroles get a nice visual accent. It's not just the little connoisseurs who are happy about this.
As with all pasta specialties, only high-quality ingredients are used: flour from Naples and fresh eggs from the Innviertel. They are kneaded into dough by hand and processed into casarecce-shaped pasta. The short pasta is ideal for all full-bodied Italian braising sauces. The colorful pasta Arcobaleno is available in a pack of 300g.
