Description
Schurm's plum nectar is produced in harmony with nature. The fully ripe plums, harvested by hand, are washed clean and gently pureed into nectar. The plum puree is then mixed with water, pasteurized at a controlled temperature of 78°C and filled into the bottle. This means that the individual taste of the fruit comes into its own.
