Olive trees belong to Italy like apricots belong to Austria. Olives not only produce high-quality oil, but are also an aromatic addition to vegetable sauces. The strong aroma in this sugo harmonizes with fully ripe Italian tomatoes, onions, garlic and many other spicy ingredients. They are gently braised for several hours until the olive sauce is poured into jars by hand.
The preparation in the Baccili Selezione factory is made without gluten, lactose and preservatives according to an original Italian recipe. The Sugo Olive is available in 370 g.
