The typical richness of flavors is only created by combining different Mediterranean foods. That's exactly how it is with this Sugo Verdure based on the original Italian recipe. The vegetable sauce is a trip to Italian gardens with tomatoes, onions, zucchini, garlic and many other ingredients.

The vegetarian Sugo Verdure from Baccili Selezione is free of gluten and lactose. It is also ideal as a basic sauce for many other Italian dishes or on its own with fresh white bread.

‌After careful preparation, the Sugo Verdure is bottled by hand - without preservatives. Traditional preparation over several hours is sufficient for natural preservation. This means that all aromas are retained in the glass. As soon as you open it, it smells like you're on vacation in Italy - and the pasta also tastes like it's under the warm Mediterranean sun.
