Our Uhudler grapes, which smell and taste wonderfully of wild berries, are lovingly harvested and sorted by hand. Only the best fruits manage to be processed into our fruit spread...the sweet temptation with lots of fruit but little sugar...! Of course, our elderberries, apples and plums are also picked by hand, sorted and "enchanted" into our homemade elderberry cook... simply delicious... hmmm! Delicious local honey from our own garden (forest and blossom honey)...
