Uhudler grape fruit spread 195ml

Uhudler grapes are direct producers. Unlike the noble wine grape varieties, Uhudler vines grow unrooted, i.e. they are a plant from root to tip and are not grafted onto rootstock vines. They are resistant to diseases and fungi, so no chemical treatment of vines and fruits is required to harvest healthy, organic and tasty fruits. At the request of Slow Food Burgenland and the Uhudler Association, the Uhudler was the first Burgenlander to be included in the Slow Food Ark of Taste at the beginning of 2011. We only use untreated fruits from our own cultivation or from the neighborhood, which we select and process entirely by hand. Only fully ripe, healthy berries can be refined into our fruit spread (without adding other juices or extenders). We do not use any sprays or chemical fertilizers!
