Mieze Schindler fruit spread 165g - hand-stirred - harmonious - intense taste of wild strawberries - aromatic by Wurzers

Mieze Schindler - this name makes all strawberry lovers' eyes light up, as it is the most aromatic variety of all strawberries. Their loyal admirers also call them the praline of strawberries. Sweet, aromatic and delicate, the taste can best be compared to wild strawberries. Professor Otto Schindler from Pillnitz (suburb of Dresden) achieved this breeding success in 1925 and as a sign of his love he named the strawberry variety after his wife Maria, nickname Mieze. 85 years later, another Maria, Maria Wurzer, took on this unique rarity and conjured up a fruit spread like no other: As soon as you open the jar, a wonderful bouquet emerges. The ruby red color is extremely seductive - the taste is extremely fine, harmonious and intense of fresh, sweet wild strawberries. A wonderful specialty - strictly limited!

Our jams are characterized by three crucial quality factors: the best home-grown fruit, a high fruit content and gentle cooking.

Production: After carefully heating the fully ripe fruits, Austrian beet sugar is slowly stirred in so that the fruit-sugar mixture can mix optimally. In our factory, the jam is stirred slowly so that the full strawberry flavor is retained. The finished jam is filled into jars by hand and labeled after it has cooled.

Serving tip: You can use our delicious jams as a filling for pancakes, cakes, tarts, pastries or as a delicious spread
