A specialty for real pasta lovers: refined handmade noodles with our pumpkin seeds. Fresh due to the high content of 6 beaten eggs per kg of semolina, these noodles are particularly al dente and stable to cooking. Long lasting thanks to gentle air drying. Without water, Preservatives and chemical additives. Cooking time: 8-10 minutes. Our Pumpkin seeds are made from sun-ripened pumpkins on our farm oil pumpkin fields. We deliberately leave our oil pumpkins for a very long time ripen so that our pumpkin seeds become particularly aromatic.
